Thanks to everyone who wished me good luck this last week. I wish that things had turned out better than they had. I spent this last week trying to rehab my ankle so I could run, in the final 1000 meters of regionals i felt it tighten up and on Sunday I could barley walk or put pressure on it. We gave it a go Saturday and my mechanics were terrible as you can tell by the results. I was happy to be able to represent my college and former high school at the biggest meet of the year and thank you all for the support. Ill see you all this coming week running around, im on 2 weeks off.

What a great season!!!
13th in the GL Regional with a time of 25:23 is VERY solid!!!
Congrats on making it to the National Championships... I think that you have some very good things in store this spring.
