Ditz ran his debut 10k last night in California (not at Stanford but another meet).
He ran 31:29... 15:45/15:44!!!!!! WOW!!!!
He was fourth in his race.

It takes a 30:30 to make the invitational 10k. Matt's PR is 31:30. How do you with good conscience seed someone 1:30 faster.
I can't stand coaches that over exaggerate to make themselve look good. I'm not saying Matt can't, but that would be very best case scenario.
