Yeah, that kid is a true player for real. So interesting to see that someone outside of Malone or one of the not-so-legit running factories can compete with Aquinas up front. Scott and company were leading big through 3.
How about that Ditzler kid though, what a beast! I'm sure that Indiana Tech will have something to say about those new regional rankings out this week. Although, I have heard rumor that the Aquinas course is similar to a track which would give Huntington the upper hand wouldn't it? (See Conference Track results)

Yes, HU should have the upper hand on a flat course, although it appears that Foss(IWU) has struggled on hills lately and been more like himself on flats. I think the flat will help Tech as well, a flat course is easier for the freshman, plus I don't think they have run a hilly course all year. Which will hurt them at nationals if they make it. Second time up the hill is a bear.

According to the USATF website, there is a 65' and a 102' hill on the Sienna Heights Cross-Country Course. I'm not sure which direction you go on the course, but either way you still have one of the hills to go up.

No, I haven't been to SHU. Tell us about the course.
Is it just one hill? Rolling, wooded? Aquinas seemed to pack it up. Did they just cruise to a win. Or did they have a battle with Cornerstone? What about footing?
Viewing the SHU campus map it looks like the campus should be flat.
