Malone opened up with some outstanding performances at Kent State in December, just after winning the National Championship.

And Aquinas opens up this weekend (Jan. 12) at Eastern Michigan U. But according to entries the longest race will be the 800m.

Bethel ran at Grand Valley State on Jan. 19th.

Grand Valley as a STABLE of solid 3k guys... I suppose that is why they are a top 5 XC program in NCAA II.

8 guys under 9:00 for 3k but they lose 5 of them to graduation.

I did notice that they have two more underclassmen that are pushing the 9:00 mark though... they should probably break before the indoor season is over.
