Foss in the mile and 3k made things a whole lot more interesting in those races in the near future. Sanders 1:54 gives people hope for him in the 800 or possibly a 2nd All-American in the 1000? Johnson had a very solid 3k as well that sets him up nicely rolling into nationals. Other thoughts from the weekend?
